Section 150
Insured Interest Protection Fund
(1) There shall be an Insured Interest Protection Fund under the Authority.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-
(a) the amount set aside by the authority for the purpose,
(b) The amount specified by the authority received from the insurer doing life insurance business,
(c) The amount accumulated in the unclaimed fund (unclaimed fund) in accordance with section 125 if the payment cannot be made under the life insurance policy.
(3) The insurance interest protection fund and other arrangements related thereto shall be as prescribed.
